Welcome to our recently acquired Destin Vacation home rental, “Jewel by the Sea Beach House” (formally Coco Cabana), located in the highly desirable area of Destin/Miramar Beach, Florida. This “gem” of a beach house boasts 3000+ square feet of comfortable, eclectic style furniture and décor, with the first floor offering a large open design that fosters comfort and relaxation with every detail for your entire group.
The dining area seats 10-12 persons comfortably, and the extended granite breakfast bar/counter affords even more seating for your family and friends to gather. The roomy, fully equipped kitchen will be a delight for any of the chefs in the family wanting to take a step away from dining out.
The spacious living room area has more than enough seating for your guests to enjoy playing games, watching TV/movies, relaxing and catching up on the days activities, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
The first floor also features a comfortable King bedroom with adjoined Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a children's bedroom, featuring 2 twin over full bunk beds with enough room for the kiddies to hang out, watch a movie, or lounge after a long day on the beach.The second floor consists of 2 King Master bedrooms, one of which has access to the outside deck with views of the Gulf and it's own private bathroom. The other one has a deck access overlooking the pool and patio area, and it's own private bathroom with a large garden tub and shower. The third bedroom on that floor has another King bed that has access to the deck with views of the Gulf, and a shared bathroom. The third floor has another comfy King bedroom with access to the outside deck that has stunning Gulf views. There is also a Full bedroom (soon to be Queen sized) with a shared full bathroom. All of the bedrooms feature brand new Hi-Def Flat Screen TV's.
Total enjoyment is yours to have as you, your family and friends relax, play, sunbathe, in and around your private 26 x 13 ft. pool. Included in the patio area is the gas grill, perfect for cooking up any fresh seafood caught while fishing in the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village”.
The Jewel by the Sea Beach House is only a minute walk to our private deeded beach access, glistening “diamond-like” sandy beach and exquisite “emerald” waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We are located within a mile of Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and a short drive to Destin's activities and attractions.
